Whether you are renting or buying, something every pet owner thinks about is their furry friend.  While most people will walk straight to the kitchen or the master bedroom, you find yourself making a straight line right to the backyard. No fence? Forget about it!

Whether you have a pupper or a full size doggo, always try to let your agent know what you need for your fur baby. This can save you a lot of time and hassle when the agent is able to look up HOA requirements, pet deposits or restrictions for a certain house or area.
